Contacting Changes In Latitude Travel Store (www.cil.com)
Changes In Latitude Travel Store prides itself on the service we provide to all of our customers. Part
of that service is answering any questions about your order or any of the travel products that we carry. You can contact us
by phone during business hours (Mon-Sat 10am-7pm MST; Sun noon-5pm MST) toll free at 1-866-786-8406. Outside of business hours,
please leave a message and we will return your call.
You can also contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by sending us an e-mail.

Locating A Specific Travel Item
There are several ways of locating a specific travel item in our on-line store catalog:
- Browse through the product categories listed in the Store Catalog menu on the left of each page.
- Use the Product Directory listed near the bottom of the Store Catalog menu.
- Search for the item by entering keywords into our store search near the top of each page.
Ordering On-Line
Ordering on-line is a convenient way of ordering products from our on-line store. Just browse through our
on-line catalog and add any items that you wish to purchase to your shopping basket. You can view your shopping
basket contents at any time by clicking on "Basket Contents" near the top of each page. You can easily make
changes to the travel items in your basket.
When you have finished shopping, simply click on "Checkout" near the top of the page and you will be prompted through
the checkout procedure and selecting shipping/payment information. We will fill your order and ship it
right out to you!
You will receive two e-mails (at the e-mail address you entered during checkout) confirming your order with us.
The first e-mail will have your order number and order info. Please reference this order number if you contact
us for any reason about your order. The second e-mail will confirm your payment on the credit card you entered.
If you do not receive this second e-mail confirming your payment, we could not bill your credit card and your order
could not be processed.
If you have problems, check that you used your credit card billing address when you entered billing information
and please try again, or call our toll free number and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.

Call us and a member of our staff will gladly take your order over the phone. Please have the following

Send us a fax (303-786-8408) that includes your shipping address and the following product information:

If you do not want to include any credit card information on your fax, please include a telephone number,
and a convenient time when we can reach you. We will contact you to confirm your order and obtain your
credit card information.
Ordering By E-Mail

Because e-mail is not secure communication, please do not include any credit card information in your
e-mail. Instead, include a telephone number, and a convenient time when we can reach you. We will
contact you to confirm your order and obtain your credit card information.
Sales Taxes
Our store is located in the city of Boulder, Colorado, which is part of Boulder County, Colorado. Current local sales tax is 8.16% (as of January 1st, 2008). According to current law, sales tax must be charged to any orders shipped to destinations within our state, the state of Colorado. So, the shipping address, not the billing address, is used to determine whether or not sales tax is applied to an order. Sales tax is calculated on your total purchase before any shipping / handling charges are added.
Returns/Exchange Policy
Changes In Latitude Travel Store strives to carry quality travel products that will best meet your travel needs. If you
you are not satisfied with part or all of your order, we accept returns in original, salable condition (within 30 days
of purchase date) for exchange or for a refund of the purchase price. Returns must be accompanied by the
original sales receipt, must have the original tags and cannot have been used.
Changes In Latitude Travel Store reserves the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee if items are returned after the
30 day return period.
All orders that have been processed and shipped in a timely manner, but delivery is refused by the customer, will be charged
a 25% restocking fee.
All credit card refunds will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Return postage is
the customer's responsibility. Clearance sale items are final sales and cannot be returned.
Payment Methods
Changes In Latitude Travel Store accepts both VISA and MasterCard for payments on our website. Remember to use your
credit card billing address when ordering online, so your payment can be properly confirmed.

For the safety and security of our customers, our website is secured by Secure Sockets Layer technology, or SSL.
SSL is the industry standard for protecting and securing web-based transactions. All personal and credit card
information submitted during checkout is protected by being encrypted before being sent out over the Internet, preventing
unauthorized access to it.
