If you are checking a bag on your next trip, one of the best methods to assure your belongings arrive to and from your destination is to take pictures! It is advised you take pictures of what is in your suitcase, as well as what your suitcase looks like from all angles.
ALSO, it is very important to put identification in and outside of your checked luggage. We sell various types of luggage tags that suit all styles of preferred privacy and eye catching prints to help you spot your bag first. Tags can be purchased starting as low as $2.95.

Travel Tip of the Month!
Tired of being tired for a day or two after you arrive at your destination? Here are some tips people have recommended to combat the dreaded jet lag.
1. If possible, adjust your circadian rhythm (internal body clock) to the time zone of your destination by changing your eating and sleeping habits to conform more closely to that time.
2. Try to be well rested on the day of departure.
3. Choose overnight flights.
4. Stay hydrated! Drink lots of water and consume coffee and alcohol in moderation.
5. Try to sleep on the plane.
6. If you arrive in the morning or early afternoon, stay active and get out in the sunlight. Sunlight helps to reset your body clock, and then you can retire at the proper local time.
7. Or do what everyone at CIL does, (and hundreds of our customers do), and use NO-JETLAG. It’s a homeopathic remedy produced in New Zealand, and works for over 90% of those who use it.
8. GOOD LUCK!
