(1) Purchase Eagle Creek Pack-It® products between March 1 and April 30, 2007. |
| - Purchase between $25.00 and $49.99 in Pack-It® products and qualify for a $5.00 rebate. |
| - Purchase between $50.00 and $99.99 in Pack-It® products and qualify for a $10.00 rebate. |
| - Purchase $100.00 or more in Pack-It® products and qualify for a $25.00 rebate. |
| ** To qualify, all Eagle Creek Pack-It® purchases must appear on the same receipt. |
(2) Mail in your completed rebate form, receipt, and original product packaging to: |

(3) Make a photocopy of all submission materials for your records in case of future questions. |
