Changes In Latitude Travel Store prides itself on the service we provide to all of our customers. Part
of that service is answering any questions about your order or any of the travel products that we carry. You can contact us
by phone during business hours (Mon-Sat 10am-6pm MST; Sun noon-5pm MST) toll free at 1-866-786-8406. Outside of business hours,
please leave a message and we will return your call.
You can also contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by sending us an e-mail.

Shipping Carriers Used
Orders sent Standard Ground Shipping (within the continental U.S.) will be sent either UPS Ground, FedEx or USPS Priority
Mail. To maintain the lowest shipping charges possible, we will determine which of the above carriers is used
for shipping your order based on the size and weight of the order.
Any orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
Delivery Time
Delivery time for your order will depend on the type of shipping requested. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours
of their receipt (Mon - Fri). Our goal is to ship out your order within 48 hours of receiving it. Delivery times
apply to items in stock when your order is received.
Orders shipped via Standard Ground can be expected to arrive in, at most, 6 to 10 business days, depending on the
destination address. Rushed orders shipped by Air can be expected to arrive within 2 to 3 business days.
Overnight/Next Day Shipping
Changes In Latitude Travel Store offers overnight/next day shipping for your order by special arrangement only. Please call us at 1-866-786-8406 to arrange for overnight shipping.
International Shipping
We are sorry, but currently we do not ship outside the United States.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Changes In Latitude Travel Store does not charge a separate handling charge. Our handling costs are incorporated into the current shipping charges listed below, which includes order processing, shipping materials, handling and shipping charges. During checkout, you can select the type of shipping (standard ground or rush/air) that you want for your order and the shipping charges are automatically added to your on-line order. Large or oversized items are subject to an additional "Oversize Shipping Surcharge" (see next section).

Oversized/Large Item Shipping Surcharge
Changes In Latitude Travel Store does its best to keep shipping charges as low as possible. With the continuing rise in fuel charges and other costs, shipping charges have greatly increased, especially for larger, bulky items such as oversized suitcases and rolling duffel bags. Therefore, it has become necessary to add a "Oversize Shipping Surcharge" of $20.00 to items that are 25" or larger, to partially offset the increased shipping costs for these bulky items.
Payment Methods
Changes In Latitude Travel Store accepts both VISA and MasterCard for payments on our website. Remember to use your
credit card billing address when ordering online, so your payment can be properly confirmed.
Returns/Exchange Policy
Changes In Latitude Travel Store strives to carry quality travel products that will best meet your travel needs. If
you are not satisfied with part or all of your order, we accept returns in original, salable condition (within 30 days
of purchase date) for exchange or for a refund of the purchase price.
Returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt to be eligible for exchange/refund. Returns must
also have the original tags and cannot have been used.
Shipping charges for returns are the customer's responsibility.
If the original order was shipped for free to the customer and the order (in part or in whole) is returned for a
refund/exchange, the original shipping charges incurred by Changes In Latitude (even though free to the customer) will
be deducted from the amount of the refund.
In some instances, returns may incur a 25% re-stocking fee. See the next section for more details about re-stocking
fees. Re-stocking fees will be deducted from the amount of the refund/exchange.
All credit card refunds will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase.
Clearance sale items are final sales and cannot be returned.
Restocking Fees
Changes In Latitude Travel Store reserves the right to charge a 25% re-stocking fee on the following returned orders/items:
-- If items are returned after the 30 day return period
-- If an item/order is returned that was processed and shipped in a timely manner
-- If delivery of an order that was processed and shipped in a timely manner is refused
Shipping Boxes/Materials
Our passion for travel leads directly to how much we care about the outdoors and about our shared responsibility for taking care of this wonderful world. To that effect, we do our best to RECYCLE and re-use clean boxes and shipping materials that are in good condition. This does not affect the quality of the products ordered and we consider recycling a part of the service we provide to our fellow travelers.
